They are programmed to communicate with each other only currently. All 6 in perfect working order with 5 headsets and two base stations, good if you have two exits at your warehouse site (drop your radio as you leave and it's charged when you come back) looking for 180 for the set (30 a piece for the radios, headsets and base stations free!)
