I bought this just before Christmas but I got a Android for my present and I perfer to use that. It has only been out of the house a few times and the screen has no marks, or scratches. The back has a few minor marks, just normal Apple stuff. It comes with everything you get from new, the box, the cable connection and of course the iPod touch.
