HeartBreaker1317
So I've been thinking about how to eliminate some of the problems with BBs in airsoft. Rough seams/surfaces, air bubbles, and inconsistencies from BB to BB seem to be the greatest issues with their performance; all of which could be reduced/eliminated by using different methods to produce them. I'm investigating the feasibility of manufacturing them via 3D printing - there would be no seams or air bubbles, the surface could be very smooth and the tolerances could conceivably be much tighter, reducing inconsistency. However, I need to know the properties of the BBs currently on offer, as a benchmark. Since I've not been able to find out what current biodegradable BBs are made from, I put the question to Arnie's - do any of you have any idea where I could find the TDSs I'm looking for?
