Hi,

 

Not sure if this is the right forum, but at least my thread will get read here!

 

On the 20th June I ordered a pair of Turbo Fan ESS goggles from EPSGOGGLES.COM

 

I had already ordered from this company before, and was very pleased with the speedy delivery of my ESS ICE 2.4 Glasses.

 

I paid via paypal, and received the e-mail receipt etc.

 

On the 21st June I received an e-mail from Sue Maltby from EPS. She told me that the last pair of Turbo Fans had been sold at the weekend, but a new lot would be in soon. She expected to get the goggles shipped to me early the following week.

 

I accepted this.

 

As of yesterday (29th June) I still had no goggles, so I sent a brief e-mail to Sue asking for an update.

 

Checking my e-mails today I saw I had no response, so I decided to ring EPS to find out what was happening. The phone number given on the web site is "not known". I then tried the FAX number this too is "not known"

 

I am getting increasingly worried about this, as the company has almost £100 of my cash, and I have no goggles to show for it.

 

Does anyone live near the factory

[EPS UK Limited, Unit 12 No Mill, The Wharf, Shardlow, Derbyshire,DE72 2GH]

 

(to tell me if the company still exists), or have any ideas what I ought to do?

did they specifically say "we'll have some within the next week, dont worry!"

or did they just say "soon" becuase your version of soon and my version, and most likely their version, is a whole lot different. just keep emailing them / phoning and try and get an update.

Fair enough, but in her e-mail Sue Malby states

 

Hi Guy

 

Thanks for your order on line I sold the last pair of Turbo CAMS at a show at

the weekend, expecting new delivery towards end of this week which means they

will be with you early next week. Sorry if this causes any problems.
