Classic Army M249 Mk1 with working Box Mag

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Up for sale I have my CA M249 Mk1 which is in great condition. It's been used for a fair few skirmishes but I always look after my kit! I'd say it's an 8 or 9 /10 condition wise. I've always stored the gun with the spring out (1J spring - can't remember the make!) to keep the spring in good shape and the components un-stressed. Initially I used this with a mini battery but then found myself fitting a large capacity battery into the box mag (included and working) to really give the gun the firepower it needed! It also comes with a spare upper receiver which hasn't ever been fitted (was going to mount a scope on it and it's ready to mount something to it) and a short tight bore barrel - the barrel is in two sections and unscrews just in front of the front sight, so I used to make it a little more wieldable for some skirmishes by shortening it to great effect (see pic below).

All round a seriously good gun - sad to be seeing it go but I haven't played for over 10 years and given the size of these things, I need to get rid of most of my collection.. I'll chuck in a box mag worth of BB's too. I've also just replaced the trigger switch as the old one was playing up slightly so it's ready to go - this is one of the easiest guns to service due to the drop out gearbox design.

I'm looking for £400 + postage of your choice.

Thanks for looking.
