mgs 1911 snag

as every one who has played metal gear 3 knows, when snake desribes all the features of the custom 1911, he mentions

 

the grip safety has been modified to accomadate the ring hammer

 

i forgot this, so bugger

 

in the final stages of my project, i had to fit the ring hammer i got off of wgc, and had a few problems, firstly, the hammer i bought only cocks once, and i have absolutly no idea why, i tested it in all my guns and still, only the first cock (for the hammer safety mode, not the second cock which alows you to fire).

secondly, the normal grip safety doesn't allow me to install a fing hammer.

 

if ant one can help me with these problems i would be more than happy, i have had alot of problems with this project, but thes one takes the cake, and on the final step aswell

 

the only sollution i have found is to buy a WA CQB 1911, then source it for parts, and widen the hammer hole, this, i don't want to do.

 

please help a man in need
