18X-ray
Im gonna do this is multiple replys so its not such a bare on the eyes to read and people if there are any rough ends you see feel free to add.. It would also be great arnie if you could sticky this so that this wont come up again. Ok Here we go First is US ARMY US RANGER 75th Reg Ok well To look like a Ranger really it isnt THAT tough seeing as Recently most GIs have been acquiring the same stuff you would see Rangers Run out to the field in. Ranger RACK isnt Issue to Rangers anymore but Its still around and often seen cause alot of Rangers Love that damn thing. It was comfy and was very movable. Now Rangers get Hellcats Which arent that bad either usually getting them in OD more and more people are getting them in Khaki so going for that is a perfect Issue Ranger look. You wanna get into the Body Armor Dep. You go for a Ranger balcs either in woodland or Desert I dont think there are replica Des out so you would have to go for real deal.. goodluck with funds for that lol. Also the Teamleader I would work with would often use RAVs. they prefered it even in a Jungle setting which actually i agree I dont mind running one even if your in the jungle I mean lets face it. Regulation is to wear some sort of ballistic vest so why not have a RAV or CIRAS so that you have your LC platform on it. If you are worried about footwear really no standard jjust like anyone else just go for what you like but the mountain boots everyone is rocking....HAVOC... Arent gonna fit the bit. OK Fatigues. Well Im sure everyone knows about the ACU switch.meh hey if you wanna really rock it modern Des SPEAR RANGER BALCS Hellcat and ACU would be perfect but if you wanna blow money on that trash do it. A raid or reg woodland bdu would work fine. and a Patrol cap for that Nice LRS look you all are so acustomed to. A boonie would work but the rarely stray from the Cap cause it is REALLY comfy and boonies take some training sometimes so they dont have to much flop-age going on..ok thats it heres the US ARMY Ranger Kit list 1.Any boots really doesnt matter 2.Patrol Cap. Or A Twill boonie 3.ESS ICE for Eye wear or Wiley X 4.M4 with whatever really works weapons arent really to big. 5.MICH 2000 with NVG ARM and some goggles straps ties on the back 6. ESS profile or Bolle Googles also SG-1 will work for top helmet goggles 7. CAT eyes with embroided name. 8.Reg or Raids bdus 9.Ranger SPEAR BALCS 10.RACK Or HEllCAT 11.For teamleader RAV vest or CIRAS thats All the info I can muster at 2:19AM hope you enjoy the first of many additions

Haji
Im gonna go ahead and Skip Delta Very similar to SF, and they're running smoke green RAV's these days. That'll change and they'll go to the CIRAS that the rest of SOCOM uses. WHich color rig to use despends on the Group. 5th Group's are tan since the mid east is their gig. 10th Group should be running OD, since they're based in Europe. Same for the South American teams; OD all around.

JCYC5
Marine Force Recon / Marine Expeditionary Unit NOTE: These images show the HABD, LPU34 Floatation Collar, HABD that would not be present on purely land-based Ops... Also, as far as I know, most MEU Operators choose to not use a seperate LBS but instead use the PAL webbing on their FSBE AAV to mount MOLLE pouches...

JCYC5
Going to add in a few of my gear lists, since I got bored... This was asked by someone in the Gear discussion forum. 75th Rangers Support Gunner From Head-to-Toe: 1. PASGT Kevlar Helmet 2. Bolle T-800 Goggles or ESS NVG Goggles 3. Either regular or Raids BDUs (Seen both used) 4. Ranger Styled SPEAR BALCS (Refer to my post in the US SOCOM discussion thread) 5. SAW box magazine pouches mounted directly on SPEAR BALCS 6. M249 SAW 7. Nomex Flight Gloves 8. Alta Knee Pads 9. Boots. Anything would do here, really. Result?

JCYC5
The images I linked before of the PJs didn't work. Here they are again. Note the SPIE harness, something that would almost always be used by a PJ...It should be there should you be going for a PJ loadout
JCYC5
Delta Force, 1993 Operation: Restore Hope Yup... this is the famous "Black Hawk Down" loadout. And although this gear list is going to be as exact to the movie as I can get it, remember that Delta pretty much have a free rein as to what gear they wish to use... As it appears in "Black Hawk Down" Head-to-toe gear list: Half-cut Protec "Skateboard" Helmet USGI Sand/Wind/Dust goggles (Note that they are not at all that safe for airsoft. Bolle Commando or G&P Goggles recommended) 3-Color Desert Combat Uniforms (DCU) Raid style with arm pockets and velcro PT Body Armor with US Flag on chest Y-Harness ALICE web belt with ALICE magazine pouches (two-pronged style from the '80s) Nomex Flight Gloves Alta Knee Pads Tan boots... Weapon of choice (Airsoft): M733 (You might want to add an aimpoint of top, camo paint job... ) and M1911A1 of some sort (Check note below photos for a note on holsters) Photos! Note that in the photos, the pistol holster is attached to the PT armor... while this might have been done, use a typical nylon drop-leg holster if you want to stay true to the movie. MarineDEP
I'll list some standard infantry load outs, if you rather not have them just let me know and I'll delete the post. US Marine Corps, Infantry, Riflemen 0300 (All is the stnd. CURRENT issue, or usually a picked up item, which will be mentioned) Head Wear: Gentex Light Weight Helmet (LWH) Digital MARPAT Reversable Helmet Cover (Desert-Woodland MARPAT) (PVS-7 Mount, Along with the PVS7 NVG) Brown Poly. Neck Gator Goggles: Most Grunts pick up a pair of goggles before deployment as it is addressed that the issued ones suck balls heres a list of the most popular goggles used: Wiley-X SG-1 ESS Low-Profile Goggles BOLLE T800 BDU: Woodland Digital MARPAT uniform Desert Digital MARPAT uniform Boots: Boot Bands/"Twisties" BELLEVILLE USMC Gortex Infantry Combat Boots (ICB) BELLEVILLE USMC 550ST (jungle type) Infantry Combat Boots (ICB) Armor: Coyote Brown Interceptor Body Armor (Point Blank, or SDS) Pouch Set Ups: Some grunts have the go ahead to buy there own Pouches most popular are the STRIKE Mag Pouches and SAW Pouches in CT, aswell as TT and AITES Pouches Rifleman Setup- 4 Woodland SDS Double M16 Magazine Pouches Coyote Brown A.I.T.E.S. Individual First Aid Kit (Advanced Intergrated Tactical Equipment System, Pouch is issued to every field Marine) 3 Woodland SDS Grenade Pouches Gunner Setup- Same As above, 2-3 AITES or SDS 200rnd SAW Pouches instead of M16 Pouches Grenadier- It's hard to pinpoint exactly what vests they use, a majority just attach a ###### load of SDS MOLLE Double 40mm nade Pouches, 4-3 M16 Pouches, and the Coyote Brown AITES IFAK Pouch Back Packs/Hydro System: The Camelbak STORM is the issue Hydro Pack, though some Marines buy there own Hydro Packs SDS MOLLE II 3 Day Assault Pack (woodland, or MARPAT) LBVs: Some Grunts, as mentioned before under the go ahead of there gunney are allowed to purchase and use a certain vest in the field, so it' hard to pinpoint a particular vest, since all gunnys aren't going to have the same taste in gear. Best bet is an SDS MOLLE II FLC, which was issue (not positive if it still is, but from the looks and sounds of it seems that it was put out of service) Weapon(s):s Colt M4A1 R.I.S. (CO/Officers) Colt M16A4 (Rifle, or Assistant Gunner) Colt M16A4 w/Colt M203 QD (Squad Leader-Grenadier) FN M249 SAW MKII or PARA (Gunner) Beretta M9 (SNCO, or CO) Weapon Optics/Accessories: AN/PEQ-2 Unit ACOG Scope Tac. 3-Point Sling (black) (I'll post pics a little later)
HaVoC
todays Addition U.S.A.F PARARESCUE Most Gear that I know dont work with them often at all Gear List: RAV RAV(coyote) BHI Strike Vest BHI DOAV SPEAR BALCS PARACLETE PLATE CARRIER CIRAS BDU: RAIDS Boots: Discretion is in your hands Headgear: Ball Caps MICHs Gentex MICH P Crash helmet Bolle Impact helmet <{POST_SNAPBACK}> USAF PJ(not accurate to what i was talking about be not bad) Therefore it must be 'wrong' clearly? I've seen PJs all over the place using SDS vests (basic, but issue stuff), MAVs, non-modded BDUs, lots of issue web belts and pouches... Most of what they seem to use isn't uber-high-speed at all - they're at the bottom of the list for new gear, hence why many of them are still using non-RIS M4s and even 20rd mags. 18X-ray
yea hey thats nice and all havoc but As stated I would have been nice you put that in FEEDBACK not the thread..also I havent worked with PJs that much enough to know alot of what they use.. sorry dont try to work with airmen...
