So I got bored with writing up my Tactical review tonight and jumped into upgrading my Compact. I have decided to leave the tactical untouched for 1,000 rounds. That way I can update the review at 500 rounds, where I will clean and lube it, and then again at 1,000.

But since the Compact was given to me as a used gun, I decided to just jump in and see what I could come up with. I found out a few good things, and some bad things. I ended up throwing these parts into it:

stock TM Hop Up bucking

stock TM Hi Capa 5.1 hammer

stock TM Hi Capa sear

stock Western Arms recoil spring

Nine Ball Dyna Piston

Silver Fox Steel Valve Knocker

Kick has been approved, the cycle speed is perfect and the slop has been removed. The rebuild and sear have firmed up the sloppy trigger, and it seems to break more cleanly. Accuracy hopefully will be up, but I am toot shaky handed right now to shoot a good grouping. The Dyna is a bit too tight, so I am going to try and swap the o-ring for a smaller one and see if I can keep the compression and still have the nozzle move more freely.
