Finished up client project number one. Figured out why a TM Desert Eagle wouldn't work (the nozzle was locked open). Turns out it had been dropped on the right rear side, mashing the safety lever and also breaking the inner frame.

Removed the broken part of the frame, the safety lever (internal) and then put her back together. Good as new. Shoots strongly (mid 330s bone stock on green gas with a cold mag). I completely forgot how strongly these things kick, I actually thought I was breaking it again. I might need to pick up another one...

I also finished up the upgrade and tuning on my buddies 1911. Pinnacle (well back when Paul was at AEX) installed the Guarder body, and my client installed a set of Pachmyer Legend grips. He shot one of my PGC guns and really wanted to tie down the front end of his gun during rapid fire. Once we got to talking he also decided to add in my power upgrade, the more budget oriented version and we were off.

All in everything came out exactly the way I wanted.

Stock FPS: 308.07

Chairsoft Custom Upgrades: 345.51

Nice to have found almost 40 fps. The front is now tied down tightly, even with the increased recoil. Gun still shoots on the mark. Very happy with it, and I am sure my client got exactly what they wanted.

I really want to be building the IPSC training gun, but stupid DHL hasn't delivered the base gun yet. I checked at my office, but nothing was to be found. So lame. I guess I could start fitting the comp to the barrel, job number 1 tomorrow.

Still waiting on one last piece for my TM Glock 26. Right now the gun is a joy to shoot, but I do wonder about the steel slide set up, it is just so heavy. I am waiting on the FireFly Piston set, but part of me thinks I should have ditched it for a PDI. Oh well, live and learn. We shall see how it turns out.

Broke 1,000 shots on my WE Tactical. I need to update my review to match, and now I can start tuning. Unfortunately I am thinking about using it for an ASB Postal Match I am trying to set up (with help). I want to have three classes, and one is a bone stock class. The Tactical is my only bone stock gun right now, and I can actually post a decent time with it. Once I have that taken care of, then we should be good to go.
