Yeah we suck at engrish, more so late at night. To get the inner cylinder of the valve out you need to make a tool, cutting down a 2mm Allen key works great, you need to get into the 2 holes in the sides of the cylinder and pull it out, some are easy and some are hard, don't push to hard into the hole or the mesh will come loose and jam the cylinder. If the mesh comes loose just glue it down again.

So today CustomGuns got the first production run of CO2 mag o-rings, they are as good as the v0.2 prototype, we will have a english order option up on http://customguns.dk/ in a few weeks but ATM use info@customguns.dk for non DK orders. See if the feed lib plastic block on your mags is all the way down at the back, sometimes they are about a mm high at the back and you will just need to unscrew it 3-4mm out and pop the back end down first then screw it back down.

Ran out of edit time, but wanted to say that we are looking into replacing the other o-rings on the CO2 mag, it's no good that the valve is 100% tight but the CO2 is leaking out elsewhere, so we will offer the the 7mm ID x 1,5mm o-ring for the 2 plugs and maybe also the silicone disk where the cartridge fits, but only if we can keep cost down, after the valve was holding the mags just ended up leaking elsewhere and while we found it easy to fix in most cases why not just go a bit further and fix it all, for good.

So the v0.2 prototype looks like its GTG, and we are moving to production in the next 2 weeks, but that gives us time to ship out ONE of our v0.2 prototype o-rings to a lucky WE user some where in the world, but we are looking for someone who will give it a fair test and do a nice writeup/make a video, also you will need the skills and tools to install it if that is you send a email to info@customguns.dk and tell us what you want to do with it. Just to make it clear, we will give somebody a o-ring set for free, we will pay shipping and so on.

The leak where the CO2 cartridge goes into the gun is a easy fix, just lube it up good with silicone grease and screw the cartridge in a bit harder.

If we end up rolling in money we will look at other o rings, but CG focuses on WE rifles.

CG v0.2 WE CO2 o ring is holding tight, water tests shows no bobbles from the valve, but some from the CO2 cartridge not being screwed hard enough into the mag, but I was testing on a brand new mag and maybe I just have weak wrists , no 2 mag tested showed no bobbles at all We will run some more tests and talk to the factory about a few minor details, also we are sending out a few mags for some Danish players to test, if all goes to plan we will talk to the factory about a 1000 pcs run in a week or 2. Make sure your bolt rails are not comming loss.

One of my friends has a airsoft company in Denmark and I am helping him test some new o-rings for the CO2 mags, it is a replace ment for the badly molted green one, but he will also stock a replacement for the orange one (witch is just a normal 4.50mm ID X 2.00mm) just tested v0.1 today and they are no good, v0.2 will be in my hands sometime next week, and hopefully vary close to perfect, the good news is that even dumping a full CO2 capsules did not hurt it, the green WE o-ring goes super hard, and the orange one gets brittle and falls apart, the new ones are rated to minus 65 centigrade wit

Ask you local WE dealer, nobody knows its out yet, so get them to order some.

Just played around with a gen 3 next to some gen 2's, MASSIVE upgrade, If your PDW has a pull spring upgrade ASAP. Also the ROF is a bit scary.

So the Ra-Tech CB barrels that was just WE barrels with chrome where great, and the way the made part 117 work even worse was by design? some companys are just out to make a quick buck, and when they made total ###### in the past the new stuff gets a big question mark, you have a problem with that?

YES, there IS a market for a really nice steel hopup for WE M4/M16/416, make it 30-40 USD and se them fly of the shelf. There is also a market for a nozzel in some good fiber reinforced plastic.

About the OB conversion videos, I have a few comments. On the upper. Get the bolt and charging handle out ASAP. Don't unscrew the barrel extension. Don't remove front sight, remove the gas tube, it's one little pin in the front site (not 3 pins and a screw), and you pull the gas tube back into the resiver and then pull it out past the front site. If you need the spacer put it on the hopup, much easer to line up right, also put the hopup into the outerbarrel again this will help guiding the parts together real easy On the lower Don't take out the mag release, it holds no other part

DRAGON64, the back of the plastic nozzel part has a O-ring on it, the BCG sits like a cap on that, then you fill the cap with expanding gas, and the nozzel can't go forward, so the BCG is pushed backwards and the nozzel stays forward untill the BCG goes so fare back that it opens the piston cup and the nozzel hits the retening parts, only then will the nozzel move back. Now that you understand how it works you can see that your concerns are meaningless.

That is so cool, no need to remove the old parts at all.

yeah openbolt kit + ra-techs bolt with npas, push springs just works better. OB is a bit less kick but a hopup that works.
