  1. From what ive seen so far the cylinder seems to be the only really cheap part, the metal casing is very cheap and thin. I have no worries at all surrounding the gearbox or electronics. And hey, even if the electronic parts fail theyre only around 40-80$ for DTW spares.. ALOT cheaper than systema parts.
  2. Picked my DTW apart for some cleaning and i just noticed how my hop up seems damaged, where the BB enters the unit there seems to be a small metal edge sticking out a bit. The BB doesnt enter the hop up without a tiny bit of force but i cant imagine this being good. Sometimes (1 in 100) the BBs split when i shoot them but im not sure if thats related.. Also the cylinder was very dirty on the inside, lots of metal and plastic pieces stuck around the orings, some quite large. Wouldnt want them finding their way down to the gearbox. But i still love it
  3. I feel the same, ive had too many AEGs broken down on me and im so tired of opening that V2 gearbox. Sure it is more expensive to use a TW (with mags and all) but with all these PTW clones coming out theres bound to be a price drop in spare parts soon. No that nunchuck type battery does not fit in the DTW stock, its impossible to fit it inside without having to mod the "walls" away inside the stock. For me that was too much of a hassle so i just ordered some random china AEG crane stock. (One that you can open from the back) Works perfectly
  4. This is mine using 11.1V LiPo and the m130 cylinder i got with the gun. ROF is alright, im used to 25rps but I cant complain. The trigger on this gun feels absolutely amazing, its hard to explain but my other gun (AEG with ASCU v2) doesnt come close to the feel of the DTW.
  5. AKM Outside: Guarder AKM Economy(cough) Kit with auto back steel bolt carrier Kobra Red Dot GP-30 Grenade Launcher Inside: Systema FTK 99 with m120 KM 6.04 inner barrel Sany 9.6v readymag battery It gets the job done
  6. dont worry, pics were taken in between games.. and its really annoying to keep glasses on when its snowing like that and nah thats not a public road, we're on a dump site
