Cool news. Good job on this T hum!

I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions for a problem I keep getting with my kjw m4. I have standard hop rubber, a falcon 506mm tightbore barrel (6.03)and generally use 2.5 bbs. I use the v2 bolt fitted with the cradle reducer and get fps between 280 - 350. My problem is, whatever i try (and i had a similar problem out of the box) my rounds fall to the right and drop early, irrelevant what I have the hop set to. Any body else had a similar problem or found a solution? I've spent quite a bit on my m4 and don't really want to Ditch it, but its not really skirmish able at the moment so I

Thanks for all the advice guys.. stock hop up rubber it is

Another question chaps. What are peoples feelings on using the ra tech hop rubber? Is it worth replacing the stock one? I've read mixed reviews so far.

Thanks Pantera Tigris, appreciate the help

Any body tried to fit the cradle reducer to the v2 bolt? I can't even figure out how you would remove the piston from the v2. Any body done it?

Any body got any tips for good quality metal after market outer-barrels that will fit? Was wanting to get a longer barrel setup.

Been away from this thread for a while but thought i'd share this as found it very useful. I've been meaning to rig up a speedloader for my kjw m4 for a while and finally took the plunge a few weeks back and its working brilliantly: 1- You have to sand the edge of the speed loader nozzel down about 1 mill then it will slot right into the kjw loader. 2- I then used 2 part appoxt resin (araldite) to glue it in place. 3 - Then, for some structural support i used 2 part putty (miliput) to bridge the 2 objects, smoothed it, then sanded when dry. 4 - I then used black car paint to paint the j

That's some sweet news right there mr t_hum! so regular speed loaders will work?
-
Also managed to get it to fit. just put some milliput in to fill the gap myself (good cause you can mould a bump for the spring to catch on).. worked fine after a few tests.

Any one found a speed loader that can work with out using the kjw "slow" loader that ships with the gun? I've tried using this gun in the field a few times and it's amazing fun (that is when when i'm feeling fit enough to cart around 7 mags + all the paraphernalia for reloads) However when its time to refill the mags it's game over (or scrabble around in the mud looking for all the various small parts whilst people shoot you in face) Any one built a speed loader for the KJW m4?
