Sorry about that, it's the elfin knights, an airsoft model that fires tanaka shotshells which are precharged and hold 2-3 bbs, the fill valve is on the back of the tanaka shell where the primer would be, instead of a firing pin its just a nub that sticks out and pushes the area around the fill valve which releases all the gas into the shell(requires a special loading key so you can charge it with gas without purging it as soon as the nipple finds the valve) when you pull the trigger
The eflin has no barrel. BBs and gas discharge directly from the tanaka shotshell into the air in an impressive plume of gas but less impressive bb plume with no barrel it barely punches through paper from 2 feet and often the bbs bounce back at you. It's uncomfortable to hold and the trigger pull is pretty hard since there is no hammer the gas in shell is discharged based on your trigger pull(slightly less using duster, to slow of a pull results in a purge because the gas is released slowly and there isn't enough pressure to push the BBs forward so the gas shoots back at you) and I thought I was going to break the thing to fire it the first few times until I got reassurance I wasn't going to from the last owner but the whole thing acts like a puny airsoft grenade launcher and I will be making a grip extender that uses the lanyard loop with a pin to secure it and a 1.3 inch barrel from a 8mm copper pipe with 1.8 plastic pipe for an outter barrel so it should remain fairly pocket friendly and get a major proformance boost over having no barrel
The 42 red 12ga shells are gameloads from one of my own shotguns, they fit inside but cannot be fired, I thought they seemed more impressive on the counter than the 7 ugly green tanaka ones. I think this model is based off a 12ga flare gun though
Skirmish wise, the bang rule has a more effective range but elfin knights is alot of fun to use.
And I'm pretty sure it is discontinued, I think all the elfin knights' models are limited runs but it's likely they just move on to the next models so they only make a few model types at a time rather that continuously producing new and old models which would cost alot of money, time and take up alot more space for a small custom maker but like some others they may restart production on older models during a lull in new models.

But,
You can report or PM a moderator with a revised sales post if you made a mistake on the original, the moderator will review it with the original thread and edit your original post or paste the revision over it.
You can also post the revised sale as a reply in the original thread and use the report button to ask a moderator to merge it with the old post.
Only do this if you have exceeded the post edit's time limit otherwise just edit the first topic instead of making new ones, if a second(or third) is posted please at least report those ones to be removed to cut down on clutter or all of them will be closed as what happened here.

Over 100 members have to post once after the 100 rule was put in place and that post sort of updates them from pre 100 forum to now.

The navigation bar on the news page tends to jump around depending on the pictures posted there, if a picture is long it knocks the Nav to the bottom until newer news has been posted to move the image down and allow room at the top for the nav to return.
I had it disappear completely like you said a few times and I finally stopped acting like a dunce and changed the URL in my favorites to add /forums, I rarely read the main page now.
I guess that it may also be caused by images posted on the main page, prehaps there just isn't enough room for the nav to be placed, as in an image at the top and towards the bottom that conflicts with space so the nav isn't generated at all.
Should be fixable if the posted image width was restricted and images were posted on their own line so text wouldn't space them. Maybe just have the images automatically reduced like they are on the forums and people can click them to open a new image window for a larger view.

You have to have a set number of posts to trade here and I think someone removed your topic because of this.

Best leave it as is, you can PM/report it and someone will review it and change it for you if there's no issue.
Some members report their sales asking for the original price to be changed to their newest price to keep the thread organized but I really don't like any information being removed from the original post for pretty much stealth's reasons. Someone will always abuse things.

Was an Announcement up for over a month in the US and WW sections
What?All members will be required to have 100 posts minimum before access to the US and Worldwide sales sections can be added.
When?
The change will come into effect on the first (1st) of March, 2008.
Why?
As you are all probably aware by now (there's been enough global announcements made!) we implemented a minimum of 100 post rule to access the UK sales section. This was done to prevent the abuse of this forum by scammers and fraudulent individuals, as there was a strong correlation between such members and low post counts. The change resulted in a significant drop in the number of such reported fraudulent activities on the UK section.
Within the US and Worldwide sections there has been a marked increase of late of reports by members who feel they have been defrauded or scammed. In almost all cases, the accused had a low postcount. Given the success in the past of such a move within the UK section, we have decided to expand this strategy on a trial basis to the US and Worldwide sections.
But...!
We recognise that this will not prevent all incidents of fraud occurring, and that this is far from an ideal solution. However, we feel this is a small price to pay in order to better safeguard our members against fraud and deception.
Furthermore, we apologise if this inconveniences any members with postcounts below 100 posts who are currently selling. If you feel you have sufficient justification for requiring immediate access to the sales section, please contact a member of the moderating team. We will consider all requests.
Should check for updates more often guys.

I'm sure there are members with less than 100 posts but with several refrences in the "good traders" threads.

For while I've been expecting the US and worldwide sections to update like the UK section did where for example UK "For Sale" has subs for AEG, GBB, Spring, gear and ect.
My understanding is the UK section was updated when other UK forums announced they were closing and arnie felt the changes were needed to accommodate the extra expected traffic.
The US and the World wide sections are still the old "everything in one pot" setup and I was just wondering,
Are there any plans to bring US and worldwide sections up to the same standard as the UK section?
It would make searching for specific ADs quicker and help with general organization.

Suggested that to stealthbomber but alot of people upload to hosting sites so they can use their pictures elsewhere easier.

It would be very tedious and time consuming and hard to find someone to actually do the deed and continue doing it for nothing.
Theres alot of people with a few hundred posts in picture threads who have posted little or no pictures themselves, its not all nameless faces asking about things they could get browsing a retailers page for 5 minutes.
Be nice to be able to tell certain people they should know better but theres no real control when all parties are behind a machine.

Seen them survive quite a bit of abuse, including 1 "die hard" style grappling hook when someone fell out of his tree with his sling on.
ROF makes up for the FPS, dont think I would trade that around and see the need to upgrade. I've had 2 Famas's and been around 2 others for along time, I have never seen one go down from internals.
But, I also understand it does happen and that they are hard to replace because of those parts, still the version 1 gearbox remains a favorite to me and I don't see why you would want the G&G to do away with it, their '80 was pretty terrible and I don't really understand your excitment. Only light i can see in that tunnel is maybe it'll be stanag.

Yes, if they can fire out of the little hole in the front of the elfin's "barrel". So long as it's a tanaka based shell and the right size it will work.
Fired at 5 sheets of old computer paper(the wide kind with green lines that was used in the old slow, screeching printers) from 10feet away, 5 shells total of 13bbs(2 shells only hold 2 bb) and I had 2 total hits
firing 3 bbs from 1 shell grants a silly ring of 3 bbs about 4-5feet apart from each other and I was seeing bbs go about 15 feet and that would be pushing it.
Hopefully thursday I'll find an hour or two to make the grip and barrel for it and then when I get more time make my own guns for these.
