so, if PersonA gives PersonB a +1 for whatever reason and you don't feel PersonA's reason justifies a +1 or you just feel PersonB doesn't deserve that particular +1 for whatever your reason, you would like the ability to make the +1 void or invailid/neutral?

 

or is this a case of, you gave PersonB a +1 but changed your mind and want to remove that +1?
