Who knows. Could be a lemon. Could be what is to come down the line for current owners.
For most people, to hit 400 decocks, they would probably have to have it a few years, let alone a few weeks. I don't think I even have a gun that's done more than 100 decocks ha.
As for stripping, yeah, it shouldn't be an issue but if the tolerances are so tight and something is put back not 100%, I imagine that's where the problems start.

How many times have you taken it to bits/messed with it NonEx? I'm not saying you caused the problems but there are quite a few owners that have actually shot them, reporting no/minimal issues.
Maybe this is one of those guns you fingerbang, ogle, shoot/skirmish, field strip, clean and that's it. No stripping down to component parts.
Again, I'm not absolving VFC of making a sub par product and laying all the blame on you but perhaps it's like a finely tuned ecosystem, it can't deal with being messed with. Although saying that, the issues you describe do seem like design faults so I don't know. I just haven't seen anyone else describe such problems. Maybe that's because they haven't put them through the 'NonEx accelerated wear program' like you do lol.

Weird. Tried it in multiple browsers and still blank. Trying to remove themselves from the CG association I guess.
-
What am I not seeing here? Looks like a blank page.
-
Looks like it. Telltale is no stock rod retainers on the receiver.

This makes me want a glock, ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh fap. Problem is sourcing that slide, hah.
Apologies to your wallet. I think this is the right one isn't it?

I like the results you get when you stipple like this

Ah right. I thought there was a kink defect in the spring causing it to pop out the front. I would still bring it up with CG and see if they'll tweak the spring width.
-
I would try CG on FB and try and get a warranty replacement on the spring.

Yep. I'm a fan of SCBG. Decent prices, quick service, good range. Can't fault them.

Interesting. How much material needs to be removed from the mags to slide into the RS shells?
-
So the 32rd mags in them are just for show at the moment?

SEF available for VFC

You need some pearl grips and an Elvis outfit.

Surely there are European FN distributors you could try? I mean, it's not just the US that has FNXs.
-
Sorry NonEx. Don't you know FNX manuals are ITAR restricted. They are responsible for the deaths of millions of innocent people each year

You may have missed the boat for Raptors. I'm only seeing 4" ones on Airsoft Global.
-
Can't see any that look like that abomination.

Looks like *suitcase* imo. That dial protector? thing is going to dig into your hand.
You can't sell a product by just sticking 'spec-ops' and laughably, 'tacticool' on the ad.
-
Maybe CG have caught on that if they price it semi sensibly, they'll sell more. Who'd of thunk it eh?

Jesus, those Panzerfausts and Bunkerfaust look mean as *fruitcage*. I wouldn't like to be looking down the wrong way of one of those ha ha.

It's weird, I don't know if it's the added rail or just the blue upper breaking up the profile but it looks way better than a standard black SCAR imo. Especially the upside down pic.

what suppressor are you planing to buy? the black osprey suppressor from A1A is pretty hard to find nowadays :/
Another nice suppressor is the AAC replica from crusader: http://www.airsoftglobal.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=32_98&products_id=20465
Thanks for the heads up on that suppressor. I've been after a AAC replica for a while. It looks killer with the black FNX.

Sounds like it needs some steel internals perhaps.
