Sorry for the n00b question but does anybody know what mags fit the 'Kalash' AK series? My Tokyo Marui's are quickly reaching redundancy like a West Midlands car factory employee.

I was in the mood for impulsive buying of AEG's today, I was going to get a CYMA folding stock AK as I was going to convert it for my "British Socialist Republic" loadout idea. My local shop had a shipment of the Boyi AKS74U and a AKS74M, having owned the VFC former, I ended up going for the latter. Not had chance to skirmish with it though externally speaking I realise my VFC '74UN was worth every penny. That said for £110 i'm still pretty impressed. (Middle one obviously, ignore the thing to the right)

My backup gun. CA M15A4 Carbine with "Wolf Eyes" light (I really don't know why I bought the thing) and some holo sight I bought from RSOV. I think i've done enough with it, as my aim was to get the look of what I perceived to be the stereotypical M4 - a healthy balance between plain and "tactical" as well as something to contrast my modestly plain and rather beautiful AKS74UN.

Very plain at the minute but like any true airsofter who owns an Armalite, its not going to be that way for long, its a Classic Army M15A4 Carbine and its doing 290fps out the box which is disappointing to say the least, its my backup weapon at the minute and not been skirmished with (insufficient mag's). Thanks to my cat for posing with the gun!

Some fantastic AK's here chaps! I recently acquired a VFC AKS74U and not regretted it even though there's been a sudden influx of AKS74U clones on the market! The AK47 is the TM variety, currently sporting real wood foregrips and pistol grip however the stock is plastic (as i've yet to get round to filing the inside of the wood stock to fit my large battery). Since I took this photo I lost the screw which held the front sight on and its currently being held on with some warhammer poly cement, great deals of faith and some black tape! If anybody can source a screw for the front sight
