It's my way of knowing whose azz to kick if I'm missing mags on the field
-
I don't the the PTS is compatible with a GBB Rifle. If it is no one has posted anything about it yet.
-
And we have a winner Its attached via the MIAD, the enhanced trigger guard comes with the full kit MIAD Nope, its working just fine. Its my crappy camera work
-
My humble beginnings on a Magpul build. I want the UBR but both the ACM and RS are rare as hell. I'll keep it like this for a while until I can get full Magpul parts.
-
AGM FTW!!!! HaaAAAaXORZZzZZz I'll keep it like this for a while until I can get full Magpul parts.

Here she is from afar... and here's what happens when your not careful... if you can see what went wrong I'll give you a box of the finest intraweb cookies EVAR!!!

I bought the last three during their last sale in store

So your having problems with the AGM mags or GHK? Kind of got confused by your post. My GHK mags work flawlessly.

What else have you noticed with the NPAS kit? The vids that RATech posted make it seem all peachy. I'm thinking that the NPAS/AGM compatibility might require a certain combition of parts as opposed to the replacement of everything. I talked with one of the techs at my airsoft store and he said that I probably only need to replace the bolt. Now whether thats the aluminum or plastic one is the question. I'd think the plastic one would be better since plastic is more flexible, exerts less stress on the hopup, and to a degree self lubricates.
-
Finally after XXX amount of shots my plastic bolt rip the back part of itself off. I'm now in the market for an RATech NPAS but not exactly sure which version works with the AGM. I there there is the full metal kit which is steel and aluminum, the plastic bolt kit, and the aluminum bolt kit. It was already mentioned in several threads about the AGM that its compatibility with G&P/WA parts isn't always a true fit. With that in mind have anyone foy ou replaced your bolt/bolt carrier group with the RATech ones yet? And if so which one would you suggest I buy?
-
Too bad the base of it is too thick.
-
Has anyone swapped out their AGM body for a G&P one yet? Also on that note if you have an AGM lower sitting around can I buy/have it to replace my broken on?
-
Very true as mine was for the most part during installation. However even then during the installation process being that this pot metal surface is even softer than it looks, I'd add even more care and consideration than what is normally expected. I strongly suggest using the full MIAD kit that has the integrated enhanced trigger guard to avoid using the AGMs tabs as much as possible.

BE VERY CAREFUL when installing the RS Magpul Enhanced trigger guard. The width of the pin holes is smaller than that of a RS M4 and the length of the attachment points is wider than that of a RS gun by a few millimeters . I was installing mine when I noticed the space was a bit narrow, so I filed the edges a little and tapped in the locking pin. I didn't notice nor did it seem that the tabs were "cracked" I proceeded to attached the locking screw for the other end when BOTH tabs closest to the hand grip came off. I strongly suggest carefully, I mean extremely carefully examing every ste

Pretty much, I need to shave the edges a bit to make the release smoother than it is right now. I think those tiny pieces extend the bolt too much to the point where on occasion the bolt won't "recoil" far enough to catch. Now that its shorter it catches after every mag or dry fire. Of course if it breaks my gun I'll be sure to let you all know
-
Don't quote pictures please. I noticed that two pieces of "steel/pot metal?" disappeared on the bolt catch and bolt group. The interesting thing is that now my bolt catches 100% of the time either on semi or auto. The only thing is a sizable amount of pressure has to be applied to release it, i.e. "slapping" the release side of the receiver. Anyone else experience this?
-
O okay, for a second I thought the gun wasn't up to par to something. Carry on then
-
So what are you not liking about your gun?
-
Sarcasm? In regards to my earlier post about taking the bolt carrier group part... does anyone have a manual translated or a WA manual in English?
-
I just realized on the bolt carrier there isn't any visible way to remove the bolt. The two pins only going in one way and I'm not sure how to remove them. I can't read Japanese for the life of me so how does one disassemble this to accommodate a new replacement?
-
Mine is having the opposite problem of yours, my bolt goes back all the way but the latch is too tight to engage. I believe CRW airsoft figured out a way to fix it but they have yet to post a youtube vid of it. Also RATech makes a replacement bolt/bolt catch that might work better.
-
Well I finally got some things to work on my AGM M4 GBBR and I figured I'd ask around to see what should I put on the outside of this thing. Aside from rail that's on it I was thinking Magpul this time instead of Noveske. What do you all suggest?
-
Well "fixed" mine but I didn't quite do it that way. I saw the little nub thing that holds onto the bolt catch and "shaved it down to the point wear it will still secure itself but the mag will still have enough force to push it up when its empty. If anyone one else wants to try this just use an Xacto Knife and carefully scrape the surface until you can "easily" punch of the bolt catch with a little applied force. ADDED EDIT** I want to add a CTR stock on my AGM and I want to be sure which type it is. My calipers say the dimension for the tube is around 1.149" and I know the CTR Milspec

I second that, there was a video review of an AGM on youtube and they said they'd post another how to fix it but I have yet to see it. From the looks of it it appears that the bolt catch is a bit to "tight" for the mag lever to activate it. Anyone figure how to fix or mod this yet?
-
Thanks for the reaffirmation I totally missed your first post about my question. With that said I did a budget for my AGM and I think I'll just shave my stock barrel since I can use the extra $90 for internals and better mags.
