chances are pretty good that the specs won't match up between the two, but I suppose it couldn't hurt to take a look...

It has been confirmed that the Stanag's are heavier than the original thermold style. The genius behind the Thermold, was that the ribs gave the magazine additional structural integrity without having to add a ton of additional metal to be able to sustain the internal pressure from the larger gas reserves. W/ the Stanag style, in order to maintain that size reservoir and get similar gas efficency, they probably either had to make the walls of the mag thicker, or use a more dense metal which added the additional weight. And while all those other mags for those other brands of guns may be

While I have seen breaks in older guns, I haven't seen anything significant in recent years, so I'm not 100% sure this argument holds as much water as it may have in the past. I would agree with Snoop more than anything, and add the old fact that airsofters in general, are whores for things like trademarks and the latest and greatest styles. Let's face it, in stock form, the KJW doesn't sport any of that stuff, nor does it have the same kind of aftermarket parts support that the woc/lm4's do. And to be frank, it doesn't need it. I am so happy with my kjw m4, that I won't ever sell

Yes sir, pxranger on MiA. And I too, finally got a notification through paypal that the order has been completed. The V1+ [should] be here before Friday. Can't wait to scratch that itch. Also, was wondering if any US KJW users have an extra V2 BCG they wouldn't mind letting go. I got a friend who's V2 BCG straight broke on him, but he can't afford a Cradle V1+ at the moment. Could order from KJW, yes, but being stateside would cut down on the time it takes to email back and forth with them. Any help for my squad mate would be appreciated. Good chance to make some moolah throug

Yes, I've got one of both styles. They are a VERY tight fit at first, and take some significant work to get broken in. More so on a v1 than a v2, but both take work nonetheless.

Anyone know offhand what size grub screw Cradle is using for the TDC mods?

sorry, that is the nozzle. If you look on the upper right there is a clean cut where the gas enters from the mag. Is that normal? I'm sure someone will beat me to looking at their v2 nozzles, but I'll have to look at mine tonight. It's probably not normal, but I would just keep a careful eye on it for now, and see if it continues to get worse.

What is "this?" The picture is pretty poor.

Yeah, it's been known for quite a while that they're both in comparison to the stock ones.

To be honest, the whole thing with the charging handle seems to be really hit or miss honestly. And the v2 on the whole seems to perform well in its stock configuration. It's when you start mixing v1 and v2 parts that minor problems seem to arise. The cradle bcg bridges that gap.

Sorry man. I just saw your response over on gasguns. I just happen to have one spare left. Pm me when you have a chance.

I believe he addressed that question somewhat in a recent post. Might be a few pages back by now if you go to look for it... Look back on 12/28/2012

It's totally possible. I had mine shooting at 280ish w/ a 25g for an indoor game recently.
