  1. if you fall under ACC... It's a no go for painting weapons and having different configurations. The point being they want all weapons to be the same so you can pick up any weapon on the ground and not have any problems. AFSOC is still a go for painted weapons. STS doesn't fall under ACC. If you already have been issued a painted weapon you are fine. You just can't go painting a new unpainted weapon. Get it?
  2. I was issued an "older" version of this carrier, older being in quotes because from what logistics told me it's really new system LOL. A lot of the older "fogi" guys still don't have the GACK pack as what it is called. I don't know what the difference is between some of the colors you guys listed Coyote Brown... Khaki? I will post a picture later for you alls later.
  3. so I am trying to understand this... Are you guys buying real bump helmets? Because if you are that is crazy... Why in the hell would you waste that much money on airsoft LOL
  4. Not a chance in hell will that fit you. I am 69" and 75kgs and I wear a medium long HPC. Also all this talk of bump helmets... I have three... One of which could be for sale given the right price. It's black non-ballistic but the real deal bump helmet.
  5. Everything is BAE Eclipse with the exception of what you named above. Four single magazine / admin / general / three sidearm (one of them for a "leatherman" and the others for magazines or flashlight)
  6. two CATs QuickClot bandage one Hemcon bandage one Ascherman chest seal / one Bolin chest seal two petroleum gauze two 14g caths two 28fr with lub. jelly NPAs 2 small Israeli compression bandages 4 4x4 gauze 2 compression gauze 2 ace bandages one 60cc syringe with 28fr NPA (make-shift suction) basically what I need for life threats to the pt. found out that wearing CATs on the outside of vests makes the velco *suitcasey* from all the "brown outs"... Just a FYI
  7. Just got done configuring one of my new vests I got... When I put my medical equipment in the vest tomorrow I will try and post that too, couldn't make it over to logistics today.
  8. How accurate are you looking for when it comes to what Js wear? Are you in a helo? On patrol with a blue team or tier 2 team? You jumping at 20,000 ft? You trying to impersonate a J from the 24 STS? @ Gentner91 - Thanks for the comment but I have graduated now... Much appreciated!
  9. I know what you meant... Unit patches are not Pararescue specific. They encompass the a lot of people including flight crews. The beret and the "PJ" patch are obviously Pararescue specific and mean a lot to us. We put in a lot of hard work and go through a ton of ###### to get there. I am not singling you out in any way! I just see a lot of people on here trying to be something they are not... SF, Rangers, CAG, etc. It just makes me wonder if they want to act them out... Why not just join and actually be the part? Trust me it's way better and a lot more fun! But that is just my opinion and rea
  10. Wanna wear the patch... Enlist in the USAF.... Get a guaranteed slot as 1T2X1... Make it through selection... Make it through training... Then you'll get the REAL patch
  11. Yes they do... One of the newer systems being the BAE Eclipse RBAV.
  12. Hell man that things looks close enough to our FAST helmets... I actually had to take a triple look and see if that was the helmets we are using LOL.
  13. Eizen... I like the pictures. Sorry I have not been on here in awhile, I actually got into some trouble for posting pictures on here so yeah :/ If you ever need some information on medical protocols or anything let me know. I can tell because your partner is putting on a c-collar with no litter in sight LOL. I like the impressions none the less! Oh yeah and NEVER lose control of your weapon! You partner put it on the ground , keep it slung! Just some helpful hints
  14. Eizen... Some of that gear looks familiar! Looking good. Three questions though... What do you keep in those four pouches near the top of your plate carrier? The one with the IR flag on it What is the black electrical tape for? And what is that white thing in front of your magazine? Sorry if they seem stupid, I was just wondering!
