Re hydration solutions, CK, you are bang on the money about smaller bladder solutions being better, these are how I run my Strandhogg's:

 

MC - this is First Spears smallest hydration pouch in 6/12 format with a Source 1LTR bladder.

On the sides are BFG M4 pouches which I use to store pyro's and sweets.On the other side is a First Spear radio pouch and smallest utility pouch, both 6/12.  

 

 

Black - using a Camelbak Pakteen with 1.5LTR bladder, also have the First Spear small hydration pouch in black too but I prefer this setup and it just about fits the back..

Sides are exactly identical to the MC one

This is how I'm currently running my Strandhogg's, they're designed to hold six M4 mags but I only put three in this triple pouch and then two more in a double stacked TACO on my HSGI belt.

Pretty much effortless magazine draw and the mechanics and motion of the whole process doesn't come with the problem we've discussed above.

Ahh, you see, I tried the BFG Tenspeed on my Strandhoggs and every time I try to draw a mag in a relatively quick motion, it feels like I'm trying to lift the whole PC off over my head as it's so lightweight.

I tried fitting HSGI TACO's, it just didn't feel right.

 

I still think that TACO's remains as my all time favorite mag pouches

I have been using the M4 Triple  on my Strandhogg's for the second part of last year and they were by far the easiest tab/lib system I have encountered.

 

I will be putting in another FS order soon for MP7 pouches and hopefully, they might just sell a standalone grey Strandhogg.

How do you fully close your stock with the gs mount. When I tried it on mine it blacked the arm on the right side

 

Fully slides back and forth freely, no obstructions.

Does the term "SPR" (not a MK12) mean that your barrel length must exceed 14.5?

I was under the impression (neither educated nor informed, just guessing) that the SPR meant exactly that, designed with a special purpose in mind, which in my case is a silenced 12" barrel

Someone over at the KWA forums said that the new Troy rails were able to slide onto the KWA barrel nut.

I'm not sure whether this applies to Samson too, if the price is not too dear, then may be worth a go.
