Friction fit using plasti-dip causes the projectiles to sit until the pressure becones too great. Then it goes *Pthththtppt* or sometimes FOOMP!, and the projectile flys about 150 feet. -

The trigger pushes a button inside, activating a sprinkler valve. CO2 at about 120 psi burps it off the end, with a mighty flatulence! -

I have done some major upgrades to the shop, including using a dry-erase surface. It is easy to claen, and lets me scribble notes when I need to. I even went through the equipment and supplies, and found I had all I needed to do the Stirling- so here I am! -

Each hole was marked with a point, then drilled with a 5/32 pilot-point bit, the with a Bosch Titanium bit to 7/16th of an inch. Essentially, I drilled about 180 holes in this silly piece of metal. -

Bonded a template based on some out there on the web with real-steel template info. Came up with this one~ Next, i will pilot drill the cooling sleeve holes. -

Here you can see the BB magazine, and the rear reciever band. The rear reciever band is mostly cosmetic, just holding the trigger guard and magazine assembly in the back. -

Here you can see the BB magazine on the bottom, the very front of the bolt just visible as I cut the receiver just a bit too long, and what the whole thing looks like from the top. The receiver is just a bit fatter than the original toward the front of the receiver. On the original, it starts to get thinner right at the top cover, but due to the design of the pro-9, I had to stay thicker for another 2 inches. Even so, the wood is somewhat thin at this point, so is reinforce internally by steel and my favorite glue- JB Weld. There is a nicer flip-type rear sight in the works, and it
