  1. Got my DMR kit in the mail today. Would you guys like to see?
  2. Planning to run a modify hybrid barrel and bucking not sure how to do toothpick mod though.
  3. I don't know of anyone who owns one who has had hopup problems including myself. And the bushings are metal. Hope that helped
  4. Planning to throw a polarstar into it indeed. I've heard the longest barrel possible with a good hop up is the way to go. Modify barrels are quite impressive in my opinion. I've seen 3 different instances of the range and accuracy improved by different players using them on the field.
  5. I don't mind how it really looks sticking out the end but I put my silencer on to actually silence the PolarStar down to almost nothing lol So I don't want the inner running right through it or it doesn't do it's job. Also after thinking further on it 6.01s are TBB for gbbrs so would work better with the polarstar and the 6.03s are perfect for AEGs
  6. Really not excited about inner barrel sticking out an inch even after paying tons of money for a outer barrel and extension lol
  7. I love the AAC and paid $85 for it so I think a different barrel will have to do or a external barrel extension. Then I still get 650mm and full suppression but a HUGE gun. Maybe something smaller would perform just as good and be more comfortable. You should do a shooting comparison between 6.01 and 6.03 for us

    Masada SPR 60% 1

Glad you posted this picture as it helped me make my decision on what to buy for my SPR ACR platform.
  9. I don't see any reason it wouldn't. It says for airsoft use only on it and is actually licensed through AAC.
  10. 6.01 is too tight for todays bb's. I don't remember where the article is but to shorten it up .03 mm is the perfect sweetspot for a cushion of air around the bb in a barrel. Bb's earlier on in airsoft were made 5.98mm and now they are 6.00mm most times so 6.03 is the new 6.01. As for the length. I wanted PSG-1 length so I did the math 18 inch outer barrel plus 8.5 inch suppressor = 26.5 inches covered, 650mm = 25.5 inches. So I should get it all covered with 1 inch of suppressor. I might end up putting a 490mm barrel in instead so I can run without a suppressor and so the suppressor a
  11. I couldn't resist. Now I just have to sell enough stuff to pay for these parts plus a P* setup. 1 - 18inch Barrel 1 - Long Black Handguard 1 - Harris Style RIS Bipod 3 - RIS Panels 1 - 51T Black CCW Mock Supressor with Flash Hider 1 - Modify 650mm 6.03 Inner Barrel
  12. I'm thinking that sounds about right. I like to be as low to the ground as possible when I'm prone anyways but even when folded up I'm thinking they might be too high above the rail and it would look weird.
  13. How do you guys think a bipod like this would look/work on the SPR version?
  14. Wish these had a warranty like KWA's. Bought mine when they were first released and it's been out of commission collecting dust for around 2 years I'd say. First it wouldnt fire in full auto, just semi only. I took the GB apart and tried to get the gear timing to match up and it still wouldn't work. Then the piston broke so I replaced it but now the microswitch burnt out. So I had to find a replacement at a local electronics store and I have yet to install that. While my friend the entire time who has the same gun has been using it without any problems all along.
  15. Absolutely love this thread for all the helpful information this series of AEG. I own the FG version and it's in the standard ACR configuration externally and unmodified internally. I plan to purchase the RIS, folding stock, 51T flash hider, and 11.5" barrel assembly (Wish the prices weren't so damn high!) And installing a matrix Prometheus type steel 6.03 TBB and madbull bucking and nub. Other than that I don't really see a need for any other upgrades with this gun. Absolutely love it.....................BUT! I am have a major issue. I've searched to see if anyone else has
