    I used heat shrink to buff it up to the right size and a dab of glue. I was very quick with the heat on it with a blow torch from distance. It doesn't take much heat to shrink it though. Probably a more gentle way to do it.

    Couldn't say. I grabbed the prommy ones on sale at RWHK for $88 They're called shoot & recoil there for some reason. Just search prometheus marui gear and you'll find em.

    Might try swap mine to green ones. The purples do what I want but are just too dark. Thinking maybe red rear and a green up front. Or vice versa. Suppose it all depends on if I can remove the old ones that I might've superglued in... Now quick question.     My A1A rmr doesn't work on the FN. If you push the battery up into the rmr it cuts out. Which is exactly what happens when you tighten it onto the slide. I'm gonna try a thinner watch battery when I get round to it. Space it with a bit of card. Dot is crisp and seems to hold zero. Build quality, especially on the rubber was meh.     I've looked into it. The issue is the filled out part. I know that LCS engineering made one, but that was pinned rather than a single piece. Echi displayed their own one as in stock too. But doesn't allow you to checkout. JC is looking into the buffers as I keep pestering him to do so as I want one. Doesn't bother me how it looks as I'm running a full stock anyways.

    someone in the Facebook group has Brass recoil weights up for sale. look t fit the 417 and M4s with a straight buffer tube. (same guy that did puresilvers)

    the mag springs are bloody strong, and if they twist even slightly, they can squeeze out of the wider opening. after using both for some time, it will take a miracle for a pistol to shoot as well as a marui HK45. any pistol that is. and finally, been using black gas (proper black, not that nuprol sh*t) in mine almost exclusively, not had a light strike yet, what gas are you using?

    Gas efficiency and accuracy. As much as I love the FN, it does not hold a candle to my hk45 on the field. But this ain't the place for that!
