Does that effect what fps you can use on site?
Unfortunately no. The FPS max for any gun that isn't a bolt action is 425. Bolt actions have a max of 500 FPS.

Oshiha - Have you locked your guns to semi auto only?
My gun (the longer one) is electronically locked to safe-semi-3 round burst. I can run it full auto at about ~30rps, but I have it set up so that the 3 round burst is ~ 30rps.
The shorter one is still safe-semi-auto

Gun has awesome externals
Gun has a VERY bad gearbox shell (can crack easily)
The microswitch is horrible
Compression parts could use changing
Very easy to take apart

Without the ROF being dialed down, it clocks in around 33 bb/second.. which is an overkill IMO. I dialed down the ROF to 25 bb/second, with SAFE-SEMI-BURST (3 rounds).
Before anyone asks why I went with 14.09:1 gears instead of 20:1 gears (would have gotten around the same ROF), well that just means the AEG is capable at pushing up to 33 bb/second if need be

Air nozzle does not seal great, make sure to shim (as always), turn off the hop up when you swap barrels.
The FET and electrical components are a tad iffy because of the lame microswitch.
Don't run the gun in a very stressful setup or your GB shell will explode..

Cyma based EBR:
After replacing most of the internals I'm finally satisfied with the performance. There's an HK battle grip on the way, and I'd prefer nicer rings, other than that it's complete.

What internals did you put in and what were the results? I'm looking to get the CYMA EBR as well

So the cheaper Masada has a better GB shell then the more expensive Masada? Thats funny.
Good to hear for future Masada SV owners though.

@Wingman he wants to run it on 11,1 Lipo, afaik G&P internal parts will not like it
.@Oshiha if you will run a lipo get a mosfet. Otherwise the trigger contacts will not last long.
Yep, I'll be running a Extremefire Cheetah 2N FET w/ Triggermaster software installed. The FET will reduce the rps to a stable 25-30rps. I will also be rewiring to low-resistance wiring, 16AWG wiring to handle the current.

That is a nice looking AEG. Glad a ACOG + doctor sight looks good on that.
Fixed my grip on my MP7. Got the FMA metal rail system for the MP7 off eHobby and using a KAC front grip until I can find a shorter one.

Good, now you have a reason to mount that rail system.
Had no clue this existed.. now to find a grip that is the same length as the original one so I can stand it up

God damn it.. I snapped my front grip off the MP7 body...well thats a bummer.
On the bright side, I got my reflex sight, angry guns 3 position metal stock bars, and sling swivel for it!

Yeah I slapped it on there for a recent CQB game to use to doctor sight hehe. I am excited for the reflex sight to come to make it look beast

To push the Masada further without much damage to the gearbox, here are the mods I plan to do/already did. Let me know what you guys think, I have complied this list from this whole 129 page thread + information on ASM.
GOAL: 250-300 Feet accurate
400~ FPS
455mm Prometheus 6.03 TBB already installed
SHS High torque short motor
SHS High speed gear set 18:1
Modify AUG cylinder kit ( cylinder head to be sorbo'ed, cylinder, polycarbonate piston + piston head)
Modify 8mm Bushings

M120 or M110 spring (not sure what the stock one is)

The foregrip is for carrying the AEG when I'm not shooting. Though I do think I need a shorter one
