I use my old Specialty Defense R.A.C.K. that I kept when I left the Army. I have enough pouches to hold up to 10 M-4 standards and 4 M203 rounds, plus 1 utility pouch and 1 1-Qt canteen pouch to carry any other MEE needed. Even though I have M-4 pouches on there, they work reasonably well with G36 and AK-74 magazines; I just can't carry as many (1 mag per pouch vs 2 for M-4 mags). I haven't found a use for all the hand grenade pouches I have beneath the mag pouches, but left them in place anyway. Some habits are hard to let go of.
