  1. Still got stuck when it racked to the back. The slide catch didnt even engage :c
  2. Gamed the gun again yesterday. Detonator slide, with the stock nozzle and BBU, still not cycling properly. Getting a headache -.- Will take video!
  3. Damn, gamed it yesterday with the RA internals. Sometimes when I press the trigger down, the firing is delayed a wee bit, and sometimes as the bolt returns the trigger stops working and I gotta rack the bolt again Halp lol
  4. What else is bad on the RA ones minus the hammer breaking the housing and the selector piece not working?
  5. Ahh, yea I finished reinforcing it and installing RA internals. Hopefully all goes well
  6. Damn so general consensus is that Hephastus steel internals better than RA? My valve knocker broke and started installing RA ones in, having second thoughts because of the trigger housing breaking...UGH
  7. Let's say gently hammered it down, only the rear area as it was more solid
  8. Not sure, I hammered it down so it's gotta be sitting low. Will need to do some further testing!
  9. Very strange! I didnt have any problems with stock setup
  10. Switched back to stock BBU and nozzle, just from racking nothing is getting caught. Will trying shooting it tomorrow and see what happens!
  11. Hmmm I noticed racking it, there are times where it stops and cannot return! Slide catch is not engaged. Dunno what is going on T___T When i gamed it today, it would not fully return, and Id have to push it and it works! Sometimes no problems though :l
  12. Hm actually having some cycling issues atm. Think the nozzle is getting caught at times, will have to tinker with it. Right now just slapped stock nozzle in, will see how it games tomorrow!
  13. It might just be sexier than yours :>
  14. Oh, I installed it again and hammer it down. Seems to be cycling now and not getting stuck! Thanks :3
  15. What rail height? Lol Um, I only filed a little bit, tested, and filed again until it stopped getting stuck. Really dont need to file much. Less than 1mm to be honest
  16. Just gotta file off those two highlighted areas in red. Not too much,j ust a weebit so it can move freely and not get stuck from that sear?(that part that goes into this hammer) lol. If you dont file it, and insert that pin in with the sear (I really have no idea what that part is) and start rotating it, youll notice it gets stuck. So just file a little and fit it until it doesnt get stuck! Oh I did notice there was a gap in the back. I suppose Ill try later and push the bbu into the slide deeper. Already a pain the remove it -.-
  17. So I finally got around with fixing the UAC hammer with the Detonator slide. It works just fine now, no cycling issues, or racking issues. Before the slide could rack but get stuck when it moves forward. To remedy this, you must file the circled surface (both sides) so when it rotates from the sear, it doesnt get stuck. I've also tried installing the UAC bbu and aluminium nozzle. At the moment I'm having issues where it is not smooth when racked. In fact, it cant really move at times, so I believe for those using non-stock slides will need to file here and there in order to get it workin
  18. Oh, Im not the only one yay! Lol it bugged me a lot
  19. I will try and sand down the UAC parts next week and will let you guys know!
  20. Ohhh you had problems with stock slide too?! Very interesting...
  21. Ohh ok. Think its a fitment issue. Probably need some sanding here and there But at the same time, the hammer does work with stock slide! The BBU does sit slightly lower in the front a bit as it doesnt fully level up like the rear, so the BBU is slightly slanted
  22. Well I thought about it. But most of my "modications" end up having me buy new parts uscmCorps - No its not the slide. You can find video on YT of some fellow installing a 10-8. No problems as he had stock internals. It definitely is the UAC hammer!
  23. What I did notice when I installed UAC hammer the first time, is that it cannot rotate properly at a certain angle. It would bite onto the rode and have a lot of friction against it and it seems to get stuck near the sear. I'd take a picture, but Im too lazy to take apart the gun again . So Ill just illustrate for you
  24. Hmr, I just got my Detonator 10-8 slide in and when I rack it, the slide is having problems returning. There is a lot of friction I think on the BBU to the rear area of the frame where it houses the hammer and all. I took out the BBU and put the slide on, and its smooth as butter. As soon as I pop the BBU in, it cannot really move that well. I do have UAC internals...but I dont want to say it's those that are causing problems...What do I do :/ Edit:// Decided to switch back to stock hammer, and now it racks/cycles no problem. STRANGE. UAC hammer was indeed installed properly...not sure why
  25. Here is my 74UN. Had to mod the little metal piece that came with the Zenit stock, as it doesnt align with the hole on the WE receiver and also it was a little long. Internals Orga Magnus 6.32mm Inner Barrel, custom cut to 8.5inches PDI W Hold Hop Up FG Airsoft Speed buffer Externals Asura Dynamics B11 Lower Rail Asura Dynamics PT1 Stock BCM Fore Grip Madbull Ferfrans CRD CYMA Side rail (had to sand it down as my EoTech wouldnt mount on it! Will have to spray it black) Still need wood upper handguard and then it's complete! And yes, missing front sight Need to find a new one t
