Which Harris Bipod for VSR-10?

Which height should I get? 6"-9" or 9"-13" ? Should I get notched legs or not?

 

What does everyone primarily use?

 

The King Arms bipods are 6-9 as well as the CA ones right?

i personally use a 6-9" for my g-spec (king arms). it is more for looks than anything else, but i find that when i use it for target shooting the height is fine. 9-13 i think is a bit excessive. doing that you dont really get as stable of a platform anyway.
