Mine did not have the threaded upper receiver, so no, you could not add a standard front set to it in place of the HK rail system. May I ask why you want to replace the front end, instead of just buying an M4 to being with? Link to post Share on other sites
Salty6924 Posted February 11, 2008 Author Report Share Posted February 11, 2008 I wish vfc made an m4, No other stock M4 has the quality and features of the 416 "Locking bolt, Durability,Stock performance"... Main reason was i want to be able to fit the battery in the forgrip without the use of a BOX or a Modstock, Is this in any way possible? Any custom kits or barrels from 416. If you want an M4 front end with a good quality metal body with the bolt lock/release feature get one of the new King Arms metal bodies with a TM M4A1.
