Billy Bob the Sniper Posted April 10, 2009 Report Share Posted April 10, 2009 I have wanted one for so long but the $200 price tag was a little bit to much. So I am going to make my self one. So, I have a PVC pipe that has close to the same curvature as the grip. I am going to cut it 3/4th of a circle. About a centimeter wide. The the handle, I am thinking about wood, then milling it down to have the bigger circles around it. then just screwing the two together. But... Heres my question... I don't think it is flexible enough to get it on the m203. And if I make it flexible, it might come off. How does the real one attach? This should be a simple project. Thanks! Thinking about heating up some plastic sheets(like card stock) and then curving it on the two. The fill the extra with bondo. No pictures of the grip part yet, gotta sand it some more. Richwatts2002 Posted April 11, 2009 Report Share Posted April 11, 2009 i went for the more simple option of fitting a rail to my m203 hand grip! works well as it allows me to mount grips torches laser etc! i know its on my custom standalone at the mo but its easy to put it onto other launchers!
