rik Posted May 1, 2009 Report Share Posted May 1, 2009 I ordered a gas AK recently from GHK and they did not have an orange tip on the gun, thus, it was seized by customs. They refuse to take blame on this case, even though I believe I'm not at fault. They claimed to have shipped to the US many times, so I figured they would know better. Has any one else gone through this, or know what to do in this situation? So far I opened a claim on paypal. Thanks Link to post Share on other sites
Horsem4n Posted May 1, 2009 Report Share Posted May 1, 2009 well, most shops say in their disclaimer that they don't give refunds do to seizures if the package is shipped in an illegal way. your at a complete loss buddy. did you tell them not to apply an orange tip? now, either an agent has a shiny new gas AK or they returned the package to GHK. in the latter case, ask them. dont be angry at GHK, be angry that customs got up off their *albatross* and checked your package.
