killer_shot
Hey everyone, I'm in the market for a gas sniper rifle and since I like the look of the Remington Model 700, I've narrowed down my choices to the Tanaka M700 Police (non shell-ejecting version) and KJW M700P. My main concern is the Tanaka M700's post-ban nature.. how they limit it to shoot under 1 joule. The fields I play at have a 400fps limit and I want to get the most out of the rifle as I can so I was wondering if it is possible to upgrade the Tanaka M700 Police POST-BAN to shoot that hot? What would I need? Thank you! Regards, -kshot
The Bushman
You need to either drill out the original nozzle, or, replace it. You could replace it with - KING ARMS m700 nozzle tanaka EXPORT bolt front VSR HOP conversion kit (made by various companies) However, that will give you over 400fps, unless you release tension on the striker spring. You need to chronograph the rifle before doing any of these, as it may be an export version anyway. Good Hunting
