With how many Joules can I join an airsoft war (Scotland)(Falkirk) or other sites???

Presuming you mean POW Airsoft in Bonnybridge, the maximum limits for guns at that site are 1 Joule (330FPS) for semi and fully automatic rifles, pistols and shotguns, and 1.8 Joules (440FPS) for bolt action sniper rifles.

And can you use gas or AEG?

As long as the guns don't exceed the FPS limits, then you can use Gas, AEG or Spring.

You may have to check with the site you plan to go to. Some sites are banning the use of gas rifles due to the massive FPS fluctiations they suffer from.

 

 

As above you would want to start in the .8 to 1 joule (85-100m/s or 275-328 FPS) area and learn how to play first. I'd recommend a TM AEG, perfect for begginers.

 

But please also look into the law regarding acquiring these guns, you can't just go into a shop and buy one... unless it is hideously painted bright colours.
