Redwolf is inokatsu's Official Distributor? Why is it so hard to get a part?

Dear RedWolf,

 

Approximately 4 months ago, you started a thread on your facebook asking what "inokatsu" parts do we (The consumers) need. No news has happened so far, and we are ALL still awaiting for these parts. The problem is that you are the OFFICIAL distributor of Inokatsu products, and parts are deemed through you (according to Cybergun).

 

I'm here to follow up on this matter, and wonder when things can be accomplished. Inokatsu is a VERY expensive gun, that has flaws. We're not asking for free parts. We just want parts that we can order so we can fix ourselves.
