ACM PPK light strike

So, I noticed that my ACM PPK is light striking every time it fires from a cocked hammer. That means also after it cycles. The slide partially cycles, usually not enough to load another BB, sometimes not even enough to recock the hammer. Sometimes it also goes full auto for no reason. Any idea how to fix this and which part might be responsible?

 

EDIT: I think I got it. I routinely tightened the output valve and it turned out it was too much - the valve couldn't open far enough, hence all the shenanigans. Had to loosen it little by little, just enough so it doesn't leak but isn't screwed all the way in.
