I do not know if this vest will accept plates. Included accessories are: three double magazine pouches, one map pouch, one 40mm shell pouch, one radio pouch, one utility pouch. Vest appears to have a quick detach cable and cumberband system. I'm asking $60.00 USD shipped ($50.00 for the vest and accessories, $10.00 for shipping and Paypal fee's), and I accept payment through Paypal. I can only ship to the United States.
