Kevlaa
Hi guys, I have just bought another 1911! Its a we single stack but got a bit of a problem. It don't reload itself via blow back it fires but to get another shot it needs to be racked again. Now I have another and tried a few parts from it but now success for example the feed nozzle is moving freely. Any suggestions please. Thanks peeps. Sent by using my fingers. WTF?Shane
So before you swapped parts, was the loading nozzle binding, free moving or were you able to pull it forward and it would snap back under spring retention? Also when firing, is the slide snappy or sluggish in operation?
Kevlaa
Thanks for a quick reply. As before and after the loading nozzle is moving freely and is snapping back via the spring. And the slide does move a tad sluggish only when a mag is in it tho. the hammer is getting pushed all the way back when fired.
danny_boy200
Have you tried the mag when its really warm? And what gas you using? Sounds to me like the nozzle and slide isnt fully retracting to allow the bb to pop to the top of the mag and thus become chambered. with WE stuff, the springs are REALLY heavy, so you must be using green gas for them to cycle properly, and even then, they dont like it because of our weather.
