Lumin
a good starter is to find out what AEG you want, once that is solved you either mail the shop and ask them, or you ask here telling which AEG you are planning to buy and if anyone knows what battery it takes. Un_FriendlyFire
Agreed, find what size battery your AEG takes then find an 8.4v battery with the highest MaH you can find
Boring
What exactly does MaH do?
HaVoC
The higher the mAh rating, the longer it'll last. It stands for Milliamp Hours I think.
michael_collins
I think its to do with the amount of power stored in the battery. Ie 2000mMah stores less than 2400Mah.
Lumin
basicly the Mah is Mili Ampere Hours, which roughly translate to how much juice the battery got. a new battery taken care off and charged the right way will give you +- the follwoing: MaH x 2 = the number of bullets you can expect to shoot before it needs a recharge. So if you got a 2000 MaH freshly charged battery you can expect to shoot about 4000 bullets before it empties. ofcourse that calculus is not exact sience and conditions applies like how cold it is etc. but it will give you a rought estimate on what to expect. A good read when it comes to battery care: http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/inde...p?showtopic=940 To ansver the original question: If the weapon got a full stock it usualy uses large batteries (The larg cell ones) if the weapon got a slither stock or anything similar to that it usualy uses small batteries in the handguard, but some weapons can use larger batteries due to custom designed packs and/or some work on the weapon itself to make them fitt. Most wepages should have a description of the custom packs and what gun it is suited for.
