LoneWolf
After seeing a pistol fitted with the Guarder lower frame and slide, I must say it looks damn better than I've been told it looks. But since the pistol was put together by the folks at UN Co, I have no info on how hard fitting the kit could be. I never installed a metal frame, I do know my way around GBB's (follow the diagrams, foo' ) so if all would go smoothly, I could pull it off. How hard is it to fit the kit? Cheers, Mike
playa
I have heard that there is a bit of filing needed, but that the installation is not too difficult.
Gene
Well, I know when I fitted my (ACTION) metal frame I had never had any experience with doing that sort of thing before. Pretty much like you would a gearbox, I disassembled and reassembled one step at a time. In the end I did get it correct, but there was buffering that needed doing etc, so I sent it off to those more cleverer than me anyway. So in conclusion, yes, I reckon you'll be able to do it, especially as you've had experience with other GBB's. Go on! Give it a try!
the sniper
It's not too difficult to switch the internals. Guarder set needed more work than the PGC one I did for my self but I suppose it should since it cost twice the price check out this thread it might help sig frame thread if you need any help you know where to find me
