Weapon Catch

Contemplating picking one up. Has anyone used one? Are they worth it? Thought it might be nice for weapon transitions.

they're too slow for weapon transitions, just drop your rifle for that (that is if you're packing a 1pt sling)

 

weapons catches are used by soldier with 1pt slings that need to tuck away their rifle for a moment, such as when handcuffing a suspect.

 

Or if your 1pt is just uncomfortable and you got room on your belt and cash in your pocket, then why the hell not? (and write a review on the DBT catch) DBT seems nice, but try Eagle's (hard to find) or TAG's (they use a metal insert for greater rigidity)
