lilwoggy Posted January 17, 2007 Report Share Posted January 17, 2007 i bought a DVD from redwolf and payed with paypal, but then got an email saying that i have to record the transaction number and then put it into my purchase history log, then update the log, for it to start processing. does this have to be done? The details for the transaction say "processing" in my redwolf account history, and i cant seem to find the paypal transaction number or the feild where i update the order history. davedawg123 Posted January 17, 2007 Report Share Posted January 17, 2007 Sounds like maybe Redwolf filled it out for you. Normally, you are suppose to enter the Paypal transaction number after you send the payment and the status changes to "processing" once Redwolf actually processes your payment. Sometimes it can take a while to process the order if an item is not in stock (and mistakenly listed as being in stock). I'd email them if it stays at processing for more than a week.
