I finally got off my a$% and finished my guide to completely stripping a TM 1911 down to it's little parts. People are always asking, but the general guides available are all for the TM Hi Capa which is just enough different to be useless if you have to go into the frame. So here it is. Yeah, I don't own a stock 1911 any longer, so you also get to see the inner workings of my upgraded gun. Not too many secrets spilled there.

I also fixed the trigger issue on my Delta Elite. Funny enough it did take some fitting to work out. I still am getting some inconsistent blowback, but I will tackle it one issue at a time. Thankfully I figured out the trigger issue, just in time to tune a friend's gun. Now his is working smooth as silk as well. I need to finish up the internal tuning on his gun, and then hopefully the PDI order will be in.

Still spending the vast majority of my time bulking up the content over on ASB. I need to figure out what my next project will be, but I think I am going to concentrate on adding reviews. My roommate has two stock KWA guns that I could throw a review of up. I should probably do that.

The DB Customs tight bore for the Hi Power arrived, and it shoots pretty well. The unfortunate part is that i never bothered to really test the stock barrel, so I am going to have to spend sometime swapping them back and forth. FPS didn't rise as much as I would have liked, but then again the last time I chono'd the gun (well even shot the gun) was back at the end of summer. It is getting chillier around here lately, so again, I really need to run some tests back to back. I think that is going to be a weekend project.

Now I just need the Detonics barrel assembly to come back and then I can re-assemble the Detonics. I have the PDI Guide Rod, Bushing and a new PDI Hammer on the way. Plus the DB Customs tight bore and we have a decently tuned Detonics. Now the MBKs need to start rolling off the line.
