  1. The trigger is custom machined from aluminum and the Grips are Ergo XT Grips but with a custom logo embedded in them. I just milled out a hole in the middle and crazy glued my logo thingy into the grips.
  2. Speaking of Sig GSRs.... Here's my custom Sig GSR 1911 (prime kit).
  3. doh, you're right. They're not 5.7mm casings. They're actually 9mm casings . I just checked the bottom stampings, and they all say 9mm win mag.
  4. 340 fps may be overkill for a pistol but I tend to use my pistol for long range engagements (50 ft). My style of play lends to having a really compact weapon and I love slinking through the jungles with nothing but a pistol in hand (ala Metal Gear Solid). Which is also why all my pistols have to have a threaded barrel for silencer. I love shooting out of a bush at my enemy and having him look around in confusion trying to find where I'm shooting from. A silenced pistol is VERY hard to pinpoint in my experience. Oh, and those empty shell casings are 5.7mm (fired from a P90).
  5. I use a Sherline mill http://www.sherline.com/ I started with a solid block of 6061 aluminum then I just milled the *beep* out of it. I *fruitcage*ed up several times (good thing aluminum is cheap over here!). All together, I spent 3 weeks making this thing but if I had to do it again, I could probably do it in a week now (after making all those mistakes). Companies like Shooter's Design and Prime typically use CNC machines to make their custom slides.. that's why they can mass produce them and sell em at 100 bucks a pop. whoa.. I just realized I can't swear on this forum...
  6. Well, with the longer barrel in it, the speed went from 300 fps to 340 fps. Keep in mind the barrel increased in length by about 30%. I was hoping for a more dramatic increase but that may have to wait till I get the hi-flows installed. I have yet to install a high flow or an upgraded hammer spring or an upgraded floating nozzle thingy. All the internals are stock at the moment. Will post the change in velocity after I install the internal upgrades I have coming in....
  7. It took me several weeks to make this custom modification to a TM P226. I call it a P226-M (cause my name starts with an 'M' ). I took some styling cues from the HK P2000 and incorporated them into the standard P226 slide. The end result is a hybrid of the two pistols. The slide is also elongated to the length of a 1911 slide so as to house the massive lengthy barrel (I wanted more velocity oout of my pistol). Barrel also has a 14mm+ thread to accept silencers. Custom pieces machined from aluminum (and powder coated matt black) include: -slide -rear sight -front sight -barrel/ext
  8. I spent well over a year doing various incarnations of the pistol. I must have designed 10 different hopup chambers, blowback chambers, slides, etc.. Once I was satisfied with a final design , It took about a month to machine the slide, blowback chamber, barrel chamber, rear sight, front sight, outer barrel. All of the parts were machined from 6061 aluminum (which is the same material those Shooters Design, PGC, Prime use for their metal slides). The reason, I designed a new hopup chamber, and barrel chamber was because I wasn't happy with either of KJW or WA's hopup design. I made one th
  9. hahah.. they're called Boobahs.. all the kids love em .. They're the new teletubbies My nephew throws them around the house so I thought I'd kidnap one of them alien thingies...
  10. My custom Para Ordnance pistol. It's based on a KJW Para Ordnance frame. The slide, barrel chamber, blowback chamber, trigger guard, rear sight, front sight are custom machined from aluminum barstock.
