Back To Pictures (this is not a Cybergun debate thread, please don't hijack the picture thread) More STANAG AUG

My foregrip pin broke actually and it got tossed out before I had a chance to go and buy a steel pin for it, so at the moment I don't have one (Anyone got a spare one with all the pieces?) And for the mags, I've realized I may need to get some plasticard and mold it into keeping the stanag mag straight down, otherwise it interferes with the fire selection. I'm not really sure if I want to finish the modification, as this was just a little fiddle to see how it would look/work. I like the look of the AUG mags better anyways.

Problem is the mag catch, it would be rather complicated to convert it to an armalite style, especially given the space. The mag mod is easy, similar to the conversions for FAMAS use.

CA AUG carbine with SR reciever and stanag mag (for looks, isn't actually feeding yet) And well, me and my mates call it the MP36. Posted a rough version a while ago, added a full stock and cut down the handguard so you can HK slap it.

Thank you stunt for posting me the SR Reciever. I've also managed to mod a stanag mag to use the mag catch and fit in, feeding is a seperate issue all together so this is mostly for test looks.

Sholdn't be, CA AUG is pretty much a 100% replica of the TM. I've compared the TM technical manual with my CA parts and I haven't found a mismatch yet.

I actually just drilled in a metal rail off a cheap Well G3SAS. Works great I'll post pics soon

Well I finally got my carbine barrel from Evike, but to my dismay (after a rather large hassle with shipping) the barrel was actually a full legnth one. So now im waiting for a correct one. Worse news for me is that the metal on the top of the front grip flat out broke. On the brightside it gives me a reason to by that RIS for it and throw a torch/solid grip on it.

Comare this with the real AUG A3 pic. The kit is a wannabe A3 , so we want a proper one. and now for more Steyr M-1A goodness

Its a bullpup copy of a Chineese armalite copy It uses STANAG magazines and is basically an m16, hell they didn't even bother to move the fire selector On Topic: G36 Conversion anyone?

Stunt I'd like to see that EoTech reciever on an assembled gun (sinve I've never seen an AUG with an Eotech)
