Don't think a swap's on the cards, its a complete one piece casting - sorry What I mean is the front sight is one casting - it slides over the barrel and the gas block bit slides onto the sight 'bit'. Barrel is approx 15.7mm at this point. Cheers d

Friend with a full metal m4+grenade launcher on front moaned it was heavy-think it weighs about 10-11lbs, and yes it is front heavy but at least having an adjustable *albatross* end means you can get it balanced ish... Probably not for the chicken armed out there... cheers d
