Ideally I am after something I can get some caffiene from and just be able to munch on and the shock-a-lots were awaesome for it when I was in America. I'll have a look though at what you suggest, cheers.

hmmm, well the powder I suggested isnt really like that. Its more like having a sherbert straw, but believe me, they charge you up almost instantly.
