Not been taught it like that, Section commander just gives individual fire orders like LSW gunners fire. Rifleman 1 & 2 fire. Up to his discretion after all he is in charge of ammo conservation.

eh ripple?

Video's are a good idea. Power point helps but you can't beat either watching or doing for real to help ya make sense of it.

Cool, look forward to reading it

OK sure thing. Well let me know in the future. Perhaps we could do some guide on cam & concealment. Fire & Manouvre etc etc.

Mods can delete this, just want eddie182 to notice it while he is online.

Wyvern All arms assault vest
Swift Vengeance replied to Lance Jackass's topic in Clothing and Load-Bearing Equipment
When I first joined I thought the clips were gucci, however since owning a vest I realize they are pants 'cause you need 2 hands 2 do them up not good. PLCE pouches have the best method easy to do up with one hand. -

Yeah you can always tell the keeness of a soldier by his belt kit. I've stripped mine down and re-assembled it so many times I lost count. And I dont even like doing it -
ROFL I think that should be the case for some of the lads I work with, bloody mongs!
-
Yep thats the one. But I am sure you have the Military pocket book anyway Ian. It's all in there.

Hey Eddie great guide for the people on here who are not in the forces. Just 2 points on your mmneonmics, The one for why things are seen is the 7 S's which i've put below you were only missing one which was shine I think. 7 S's Shape Shine Shadow Silhouette Surface Spacing Sudden Movement And on the reaction to enemy fire we use RTR just because it is easier to remember. RTR Return fire, take cover, Return appropriate fire Apart from that a very good guide. PM if you are interested in maybe writing up a few more tactics guides to go up on

Can't beat good old PLCE for woodland. Any chest rig/webbing is a pain in the *albatross* while lying down. -
I like this idea the best so far. Just allowing senior members to post will stop potential newb questions which can be asked in relevant forums. But still allows them to read any useful info they require.
