Anyone know where I can find a guide on how to move all the WA WOC internals from one receiver to another?

I know personally the first time I looked from above in to my lower receiver and saw all those springs it did scare me somewhat, but it's a much easier operation than first appearances would convey. There's very little spring pressure to worry about which is always nice.

Ok good thank you very much. Anyone happen to know where I can get a recoil buffer and spring from in the UK as I completely forgot that I will need a new one
