Well, what I see on that picture is the rail which seems to be black RIS II GL/SSC variant. Never seen it or heard of it, so I am a little bit surprised... Or... This may be regular RIS II and barrel is shorter - around 13".

I was searching for an opportunity to check this out, but ultimately I didn't have any because of the lack of PTS AAC FH. Now I even own full set of PTS AAC Mini, but... I don't have access to BD AAC can .

I owned one, but shorter - it's M4-2000 variant, am I right? Can itself looks very good. Yes, it's not the same quality as PTS, but good. Great, considering the price. But flash hider is was really badly machined, I mean prongs were not symmetrical. FH also didn't have any trades. Another issue was that parts were not properly aligned against each other. At least mine were, perhaps it's random. Accidentaly I still have some photo of it:
