Got the PASGT one on mine (Protec Ace Water - the slightly newer one). The little 'arm' bits just needed a tiny bit of bending (ooh err) and they fit right on.

Supply Captain do it - different sizes and both adhesive/non-adhesive, so take your pick Adhesive is strong enough to keep it on my Protec, but you may need to hot-glue it onto a MICH due to the rough texture.

The idea tends to be to let your team-mates get to them, judging by most of the photos I've seen. For me, it's something I'm barely going to use. If I need to use it desperately, the game's going to be stopped so I can take my vest off. If I don't need it urgently (Hayfever tabs or something) then someone else can get them out for me. Round the back, it's out of the way and leaves more room for stuff I need
