Now, starting this kind of thread even in off topic would either attract spam or "sink" to page 3 by the time the market close, but I do feel that these guys have really done a good job documenting such an informative series.

I live in a heavily Chinese and Korean section here. Not all of them own Chinese resturants. Not even a good number of them do. Must be different over in the UK.
